Rachel Lamb specializes in executive communication skills including presentations, meeting skills, selling skills and leadership. She uses this expertise to help clients deliver a clear concise message that resonates with their audience.
Rachel’s professional experience combines work in L&D, finance, non-profit, sales and business development. In 1999, Rachel began her career in training and development at Goldman Sachs. She later broadened her financial services expertise by working on the equity sales desk. She spent five years in the development office at the Harlem Children’s Zone where she was the Director of Corporate Giving and Major Gifts. Prior to joining Exec|Comm, Rachel managed client relationships and executed corporate events at the Hard Rock Cafe Times Square.
Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. She lives in Westfield, NJ with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
