Client Services Manager
Jen Jacobs joined Exec-Comm in 2018. As Client Services Manager, she works to provide high-touch support to clients across a variety of industries by maintaining relationships and advocating for their needs. Jen also responds to clients’ inquiries regarding new products, training needs and specific instructor requests. Internally, Jen is a key player on both the Sales and CARES committee. She was awarded Admin MVP in both 2021 and 2022.
Jen brings with her a versatile skill set, including experience in virtual events, online training, and business development. She has worked collaboratively with the Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration to teach presenters, webinar leads, and internal staff how to schedule and facilitate events.

Jen has run two marathons and hopes to continue running more globally. She’s an active volunteer for Fred’s Team, Samaritans NYC, God’s Love We Deliver and St. Jude’s. She currently lives in Jersey City with her fiancé and their dog.
