Scheduling Coordinator
Gina Chen joined Exec-Comm in 2022. As a Scheduling Coordinator, she ensures all workshops are assigned to the best facilitator to meet our clients’ needs. Gina works with the managers and operations team to maintain quality of instruction and ensure the proper processes are followed when opportunities are entered. Gina is excited to add value to our clients by assigning our dynamic instructors.
Past Experience
Before Exec-Comm, Gina worked in the medical field for one year and in retail for five years. Through that time, she worked her way up to management. Gina enjoys interacting with clients and helping others.
