Luis De Los Santos is a leadership and communication skills facilitator and coach at Exec-Comm. He brings over 32 years of experience in enterprise management, working in banking, real-estate development, technology, and non-profit sectors throughout the United States, Europe, and Latin America. He has a strong background in executive coaching and works extensively with emerging leaders. His ability to easily impart knowledge and inspire others has allowed him to successfully train and coach thousands of professionals across industries, cultures, and geographies. As a trained engineer, Luis also works extensively with technical professionals to help them connect effortlessly with non-technical audiences.
Past Experience
Prior to Exec-Comm, Luis co-founded a non-profit credit union in Washington Heights to serve the community. It recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. He taught math and science to middle and high school students for six years, and he worked as the Director General of a Real Estate Development firm in the Dominican Republic for four years.
