Ethan Cadoff, Esq., is part of Exec-Comm’s Law Firm Group and coaches clients across a broad spectrum of industries. He also serves as Facilitator Manager in North America, and trains many of Exec-Comm’s global team. Ethan has experience with professionals in the legal and professional services fields, finance, banking, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. He is passionate about helping clients discover practical solutions to their day-to-day communication challenges in a competitive business world. Ethan believes that, with confidence and presence, anyone can learn to deliver more impactful messages, and gets tremendous satisfaction from seeing his clients achieve that goal.

Past Experience

Ethan was proud to see the benefits of teaching Exec-Comm’s ‘Communication Skills Boot Camp’ as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law School. After working as a litigation attorney specializing in aviation, construction, and common carrier liability defense, Ethan became a recruiter at a national legal recruiting firm. There, he designed and facilitated a variety of training programs. He also led simulated training for law schools, law firms, and pharmaceutical companies, focusing on team-building, sales, and legal client interview, deposition and trial skills.

Fun Facts

In their spare time, Ethan and his wife, Susan, attend film festivals and produce short narrative films through their production company, Saturday Afternoon Pictures LLC. As a spirited Pittsburgh sports fan currently displaced in Philadelphia, Ethan’s not afraid to show up in full Pirates gear to an away game.
