He also teaches managerial communication, advanced persuasion, and storytelling at the Wharton School for their executive MBA and full-time MBA programs.

Robert began his career as an equities trader with Centurion Securities before sharpening his international business and project management skills at a multinational manufacturing company in China. After returning to the United States, Robert pursued his passion for developing others as a corporate trainer at Healthfirst. He continues to help people reach their full potential through his book, articles, and courses at Embrace Possibility, a digital media site he founded.

He enjoys immersing himself in different cultures and took an around-the-world trip spanning all seven continents before having kids. Now that he is settled in Brooklyn, New York with his wife, Amy, and his two sons, Jake and Jonah, he spends much of his family time switching between being a member of the Avengers and Justice League.
