Jacob Jensen recently joined Exec-Comm in 2023. As an Associate Learning Consultant, Jacob is passionate about supporting clients in their endeavor to develop their people. He has nearly 5 years of experience in coaching and people development in the US and Mexico. He believes that genuine curiosity about others and oneself leads to continual professional and personal growth. He helps professionals unearth their potential and uses practical, proven approaches to address their needs.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Jacob worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Microsoft. There, he worked cross-functionally to coordinate large virtual hiring events. Before Microsoft, he worked as a supervisor at a global non-profit organization where he focused on training and team culture.

Jacob is originally from Oregon, where he passed the time working outside, river rafting, and playing sports. He is an avid reader, mostly of biographies. He is passionate about travel. He lived in Mexico for a few years, and now uses his fluency in Spanish to hunt for good street tacos with his wife.
