Komal Pandya-Singh brings 14 years of coaching and business communication experience to her role as the Director of Instructional Excellence. Leading with finesse, she oversees a diverse team of facilitators spanning the US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. She aims to ensure a stellar learning experience for participants while focusing on the growth and development of the facilitator team. Komal’s passion lies in empowering people to communicate with greater clarity, ensuring they are not just heard, but truly understood.

Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Komal worked in research and program management, where she developed and led business conferences for a variety of industries. She also taught Media and Culture at CUNY-Hunter College as an Adjunct Professor.

Fun Facts
While at NYU, Komal served as the representative for the Eastern Communication Conference. She has also studied Ayurveda, ancient alternative medicine of India and is conversant in three Indian languages. Komal lives in NY with her husband and two children. She often volunteers at her children’s school functions and actively serves on their PTA. In her spare time, Komal is an avid reader, and a writer of ideas and observations.
