Heather Segal has trained thousands of professionals to achieve results through effective communication. She has worked with leaders of top companies across 25+ industries around the world. She also coaches executives for high stakes road shows, presentations to Wall Street analysts, venture capital fundraising, and media interviews. In today’s digital age, Heather believes that developing strong communication skills is more important to success than ever before in her career. In addition to client work, Heather oversees Exec-Comm’s instructor certification process to ensure exceptional teaching quality. She also leads the firm’s financial operations.

Heather began her career as a tech analyst at IBM, supporting a leasing software program used by marketing reps throughout Canada. She then sharpened her leadership skills as a marketing manager at Dun & Bradstreet, where she created a unique tiered pricing program to attract an entirely new set of clients.

Heather completed two ironman triathlons, and many marathons. As a member of Team Will, she works with the Barth Syndrome Foundation to raise awareness and funding for this rare genetic disorder. She also serves on the Board of Directors for her local chapter of UJA. Heather lives in Larchmont, NY with her husband and three children.
