"Preparing for Leadership" Workshops with Executive Consultant, Rachel Lamb


Rachel Lamb will run two sessions for RBC Wealth Management's RWomen group. The focus is "Preparing for Leadership."

The first session, "Leading Mindfully and Gracefully," will help Directrors and Managing Directors cut through the daily barage of information to effectively concentrate and handle difficult situations with calm and grace.

The second session, "Take Your Seat at the Table," will help Analysts, Associates, and Vice Presidents improve their confidence and connect with others to leave a lasting impression.

  • Rachel Lamb

    Rachel Lamb helps clients across the globe tell their stories with confidence and passion. She specializes in communication skills training focused on executive presence, presentations, meetings, motivating, and leading. Rachel has designed and delivered group training programs and one-on-one coaching sessions in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. As a tenured Facilitator and Consultant at Exec|Comm, Rachel is a client relationship manager for a number of the firm’s large accounts including Ernst & Young, Turner Construction, BlackRock Financial, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals.

    In 1999, Rachel began her career in training and development at Goldman Sachs, then she worked as a licensed financial analyst on the equity sales desk. She spent a number of years working in education at the Harlem Children’s Zone where she was the Director.

    Rachel graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Over the past few years, she’s had numerous articles published in Training Magazine and was a contributing author to the book “Simply Said.” Rachel is a member of Mensa and was recently appointed by the NJ Supreme Court to serve on the District XII Ethics Committee. She has run two NYC marathons and is raising her four children with her husband in Westfield, NJ. In her free time, she attempts to attend classes at Orange Theory and read 52 non-work related books in a year.
