How to Communicate Better: Compelling Messages and Engaging Stories

10-08-2018

Brittany Marmanillo, Exec-Comm consultant, will host a workshop at the 2018 PRSA International Conference on October 8th.

How to Communicate Better: Compelling Messages and Engaging Stories

You are a leader, a corporate rising star, a student, or an expert in your field. But how do you stand out from the crowd? How can you consistently project poise and conviction when the stakes are high? If you seem nervous or uncomfortable, your credibility drops. Good communication skills are essential for successful professionals. Calm, confident and credible professionals adapt to the environment and form an immediate and lasting impression.

After attending this session you’ll have the skills to manage your presence, craft a compelling message, and tell stories to support your message.

  • Craft a clear message about yourself and your abilities without bragging.
  • Appeal to the five senses to best deliver your messages with authenticity.
