    Gisele Simmons specializes in executive coaching, leadership skills training, consultative selling, and strategic meeting facilitation. She is passionate about helping others find their voice to operate from a place of confidence, conviction, and clarity. She leverages her extensive experience in marketing and strategic planning to help executive professionals and women leadership teams see opportunity where others see impossibility. Her clients include Starwood Capital Group and its affiliates, FTI Consulting, Michael Baker International, and Blue River Technology. During her tenure with Exec-Comm, she has trained over 10,000 global professionals in one-on-one personal development sessions, group workshops, and virtual learning webinars.

    Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Gisele was an independant consultant to senior executives in food, health, beauty, spirits, government, and non-profit industries. She also held management positions at Kraft Foods, Inc., Avon Products, Inc., The Guild Group, and Grey Advertising.

    Gisele graduated from Harvard University, Ed.M Administration, Planning, and Policy and Tufts University, B.S. Psychology. She volunteers as an off-campus interviewer for Harvard University’s Admissions Office. In her spare time, she enjoys adventure travel, has visited remote areas in Africa, Antarctica, and South America, and is proud to announce that she has set foot on every continent.
