    Ching Valdezco is a dynamic trainer, engaging speaker, and influential executive coach. She brings over 15 years of expertise in global leadership, negotiation,  influencing, and presentation skills to her clients.

    Her background in tech helps her successfully train professionals at Intuit, Symantec, Microsoft, and other top technology companies. She frequently teaches engineering, product, and sales teams how to bring data to life and communicate confidently. Ching also works with global law firms, financial services firms, consulting firms, and professionals across a wide range of industries. She coaches executives to help them increase their influence and impact.

    Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Ching led global technology teams at both Hewlett-Packard and Procter & Gamble. At HP, she served as Director, Strategy and Planning.

    After beginning her career in the Philippines, Ching worked in Singapore for six years, and now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2016, she was honored to be named one of Silicon Valley’s Top 100 Women of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

    Jodie joined Exec-Comm in 2013 with over 20 years of experience in Learning & Professional Development. Her extensive background in training and client relations in technology and healthcare give her the capacity to understand business from many perspectives. Jodie brings real-world experience, and a strong understanding of competitive business markets to her clients and the classroom. She manages relationships for a diverse portfolio of clients. Throughout her career, Jodie has been well-known for her positive energy and premier client service.

    Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Jodie managed service and sales for First Choice Medical, a New Jersey based medical equipment distributor. She provided comprehensive product in-service equipment training and practice support for medical professionals as well as exemplary patient care.

    As a native New Yorker and a graduate of University of Southern California, Jodie is happy to have experienced living on both coasts of the United States. She is an intentional optimist with a zest for life. Whether she's enjoying time with her teenage kids, experiencing new cuisines, traveling the world, or diving into anything fresh and exciting, she embraces the opportunity to live, love, and learn.
