Leading with Executive Presence

Ching Valdezco and Doug MacKay will run a career development workshop on Leading with Executive Presence at the financial executives international, Silicon Valley chapter, quarterly meeting.

Leading with Executive Presence

You are an experienced leader, an expert in your field, or a corporate rising star. Many leaders work hard and deliver results, yet are not top-of-mind for executive positions and high-stakes projects. Why does that happen? How can you communicate confidently about the big picture when you're constantly scrambling? And how can you strengthen your executive presence and go from good to great?

As you move into senior leadership, success flows less from your individual technical skills, and more from your ability to communicate, influence, and lead effectively. During this interactive discussion, learn how to bring out your best self: understand how others perceive you, refine your professional presence, and communicate with confidence and credibility.
