Karen Diaz is a Partner at Exec-Comm. Together with her partners, she leads the firm’s strategic direction and long-term growth, while overseeing firm operations, including Human Resources, administration, program scheduling, and recruiting.

Her focus is on building operational systems that uphold high standards, enable strong client service, and reflect accountability and respect for the full person.
