Janneke Srinath has been part of the global Exec|Comm team since 2015, partnering with leaders worldwide to strengthen how they communicate in presentations, meetings, leadership conversations, and business writing. She helps clients structure their thinking, simplify complex ideas, and deliver messages with clarity and confidence. She is fluent in Dutch and English.
She is particularly interested in helping individuals and teams navigate complex conversations and build stronger dialogue across cultures and organizations. Her approach focuses on practical tools that enable people to communicate in ways that are authentic to them and effective for their audiences.
Past Experience
Janneke brings more than 18 years of international experience in human development and consulting across a variety of sectors. She has worked across Europe and Asia, including ten years in India, where she was a partner in a leadership development firm.
