The Opportunity

Learning Consultants are responsible for delivering top notch communication skills training programs, sourcing, prospecting and networking to develop business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leveraging your network and our relationships
• Become certified in our suite of training and coaching services
• Use our skills-based approach to design and deliver effective learning experiences
• Draft proposals and respond to RFPs
• Develop new products and services when possible
• Facilitate group sessions and coach business leaders one-on-one
• Collaborate with external clients and internal colleagues to deliver fun, real-world learning, and grow the business
• Continuously develop yourself and your brand to add value to our clients, peers, and firm

Qualifications

• An 8 to 15-year track record of success in your career; preferably business development experience
• A passion for selling, developing people, and building client relationships
• A Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred
• Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal)
• A self-starter with a persuasive and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time, nationally and internationally
