As an Exec-Comm Facilitator in Asia Pacific, Candy Soto brings over 30 years of global leadership experience at two Fortune 500 companies: Procter & Gamble and IBM. At Exec-Comm, she works with the Asia Pacific facilitator team in developing talent in clients through comprehensive training and coaching sessions.
Past Experience
At IBM, she managed a delivery center with thousands of employees, serving hundreds of clients operating in 65 countries around the world. As the Philippines’ Client Innovation Center Leader at IBM, she integrated and led the company’s global delivery of outsourced services for HR, Accounting, Procurement Business Processes and IT Application Services for Cloud, Digital Technology, Automation, Mobile and Legacy Applications.
Candy has extensive experience in leadership, mentoring and client management skills. She’s led training on Successful Partnerships, Transformational Leadership, Customer Service, and Agile Management.

Fun Facts
Candy lives just outside Manila. In addition to teaching for Exec-Comm, Candy owns an organic vegetable farm that she runs with her family. She loves scuba diving, cooking, and working out.
