Tanya Morgenthaler
Training Coordinator
Tanya Morgenthaler manages Exec-Comm’s executive communication skills training programs. Tanya coordinates seminars for companies such as AXA Equitable, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, KPMG, Liberty Mutual, Mercer, UBS, and U.S. Trust. She joined the firm in 2008.
In addition to her Training Coordinator responsibilities, Tanya sits on Exec-Comm’s sales committee, helping to create and maintain yearly sales incentive programs as well as examine sales trends. Tanya assists the director of training with Exec-Comm’s internal training efforts, ensuring an effective training process. She also works with the technology team to develop and implement the firm’s internal database. Tanya is an active member of the Exec-Comm CARES committee, coordinating Exec-Comm’s volunteer efforts at events such as the Jacqueline Kennedy Onasis High School Career Day and the American Cancer Society’s Bark for Life annual fundraiser in Riverside Park.
Before joining Exec-Comm, Tanya worked with disabled college students at LaGuardia Community College and tutored in subjects such as Accounting, English and Math. Additionally, she worked with students to develop their time management skills.
Tanya graduated magna cum laude in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management from St. John's University. In recognition of her academic achievements, she was inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and the Sigma Iota Epsilon Management Honor Society.
