Manisha Singh is a Global Facilitator with Exec-Comm, where she helps leaders enhance their communication, presence, and impact. Drawing on over 2,000 hours of coaching experience, she helps leaders explore who they are at their best, building awareness, emotional depth, and a leadership style rooted in authenticity, while inspiring them to reach their highest potential through coaching and interactive workshops that make the process both fun and meaningful.
Past Experience
Manisha brings over 24 years of experience in IT, ITES, and IT infrastructure, having held leadership roles at Dell, IBM, and Unisys. She was first introduced to coaching 17 years ago, earning her Procoach® certification while leading a team of coaches at Dell. She has since applied coaching principles to lead large teams as Service Delivery Leader at IBM and Global Service Delivery Manager at Unisys, using her expertise to drive organizational goals and foster leadership growth.
