Since joining Exec-Comm in 2022, Senior Training Coordinator Charles Tamakloe has played a vital role in the strategic coordination and delivery of high-impact training programs. By partnering closely with senior instructors and cross-functional teams, he manages the logistics and execution for engagements focused on executive presence, presentation, meeting, writing, and communication excellence.
Recognized for his proactive leadership and problem-solving, Charles supports complex, high-visibility client programs and serves as a trusted point of contact, ensuring consistent quality and a seamless experience across all virtual and in-person engagements.
Past Experience
Prior to Exec-Comm, Charles served as Program Director at Xposure Foundation, where he led multi-disciplinary programs focused on workforce readiness, financial literacy, technology, and professional development. He also served as Program Coordinator at Homeward NYC, supporting initiatives to strengthen financial and housing stability for young families.
