Past Experience
Learning and Development has always been in Pam’s blood. Before joining Exec-Comm in 2008, she owned Next Step Solutions, a firm that created and delivered classroom and online training for proprietary client systems. Pam was also Vice President of Product Development for ExecuTrain Corporation, a global computer training and support company. There, Pam led research, marketing, development, and delivery of classroom and online training tools.

Pam volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and God’s Love We Deliver. Pam lives in Edgewater, NJ and loves long walks by the Hudson River with her wife Wanda and dog Vida. Pam’s love of trivia and her competitive nature proved beneficial when she was a contestant on the game show The Weakest Link and won!
