Sean Romanoff

Sean is part of Exec-Comm’s law firm practice and also consults with a wide variety of other clients. He specializes in presenting, writing, and relationship building, and uses this expertise to help clients communicate more effectively by focusing on their audience. The goal is always to help clients deliver complex ideas more simply so their message becomes memorable and has greater impact.
After working as an attorney in general practice, Sean taught writing and presentation courses at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He focused on key concepts like voice, clarity, and persuasion, and trained students to manage their own reactions to the stress of speaking in front of others. In addition to his teaching, Sean also worked as a freelance copywriter and marketing consultant where he helped organizations of all sizes develop genuine, authentic communications designed not only to add clients – but build a loyal community. As a freelance copywriter, he wrote for organizations like ADP, Pearson Education, and Seton Hall Law School.
Sean earned his JD from Rutgers School of Law after receiving his BA with honors from the Ohio State University. When he’s not helping clients, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his twin passions of reading and writing. He lives in Maplewood, New Jersey with his wife, son, daughter, and two dogs.
