She’s worked across many sectors, including finance, healthcare, infrastructure, non-profit, and professional services.

Margaret has been a consultant for over 15 years. She specializes in large, complex, high-stakes projects. She’s produced strategies, reports, speeches, pitches, briefing papers, television interviews, and books. She’s helped organizations launch new businesses, respond to increased competition, persuade national decision makers, involve employees in major changes, and provide support to people in distress.
