Komal Pandya-Singh

Facilitator, N. America

In her role as facilitator, Komal draws on her experience in management and education to help professionals from diverse industries, backgrounds, and cultures enhance their professional presence and interpersonal skills. She values helping professionals communicate with greater clarity so that they're not only heard, but understood.

Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Komal worked in research and program management, where she developed and led business conferences for a variety of industries. She also taught Media and Culture at CUNY-Hunter College as an Adjunct Professor.

Komal holds a B.A. from Hunter College in Media Studies and a M.A. from New York University in Speech and Interpersonal Communication.  While at NYU, she served as the representative for the Eastern Communication Conference. She has also studied Ayurveda, ancient alternative medicine of India and is conversant in three Indian languages. Komal lives in NY with her husband and two children. She often volunteers at her children’s school functions and actively serves on their PTA. In her spare time, Komal is an avid reader, and a writer of ideas and observations.
