Karen Rodriguez

Karen E. Rodriguez joined Exec-Comm in 1999, and entered the partnership in 2009. She manages Exec-Comm's marketing and design efforts, maintaining Exec-Comm's web site and online learning center, handling mass mailings and branding efforts, and managing the public program. In a design capacity, Karen creates all the materials used in Exec-Comm’s seminars and works closely with sales associates to customize client-specific program materials.
In addition to her marketing and design responsibilities, Karen recruits and manages Exec-Comm’s team of training coordinators and interns, running bi-monthly administrative meetings and working collaboratively with the team. She manages an Exec-Comm committee focused on building community within the organization. Finally, she participates on a committee focused on delivering top quality seminars. This committee unifies all of the teaching materials and logistics for over 15 standard seminars.
Karen holds a B.F.A. from Parsons The New School for Design in New York City. She lives in Aberdeen, NJ, with her husband and two sons.
