Karen Diaz

Karen Diaz joined Exec-Comm as a training coordinator in 2000, and entered the partnership in 2009. Karen manages Exec-Comm's training calendar for over 35 instructors serving programs all over the world.
In addition to managing the training calendar, she manages human resources for the firm, investigating and incorporating company policy and benefits. Karen also participates in an Exec-Comm committee focused on upgrading our internal database to improve scheduling and program coordination.
Karen received a B.S. in criminal justice from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York. She lives in Washingtonville, a small village in Orange County, NY, known for housing the oldest winery in America. She is married with three children.
