Karen Diaz joined Exec-Comm as a training coordinator in 2000, and entered the partnership in 2009. She leads the Human Resources department where she manages benefits, company policies, and risk and compliance for the firm. Karen serves as head of the Administrative Team, collaborating closely with Managers, Training Coordinators, and Consultants to ensure a premier experience for all clients. She also oversees the scheduling of all workshops and instructor assignments. With a focus on firm culture and ensuring a positive experience for all from start to finish, she also co-leads the Recruiting and Onboarding, Culture, and Structure committees. Additionally, Karen is proud to have founded Exec-Comm’s internal newsletter to connect colleagues across the globe.

Past Experience

Before coming to Exec-Comm, Karen worked in the Bronx and Manhattan’s Criminal and Supreme courts. There, she served as an advocate for Project Return, a drug treatment program for women.
