Joe Rigney

With 20 years sales, marketing and training experience, Joe Rigney is an accomplished presenter and public speaker. He specializes in sales training and leadership development. His clients include executives and professionals from UBS, IBM, John Deere, Barclays, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Campbell's Soup. In his partner role, Joe oversees the firms marketing strategy.
Before joining Exec-Comm in 2002, Joe worked in the telecommunications industry in sales, sales training and management positions. Joe leads Exec-Comm CARES which oversees the firm’s pro bono work in the New York community. Since 2005, Exec-Comm has aligned with Columbia Teachers College and the Cahn Fellows program to develop the leadership skills of New York City’s most accomplished pubic school principals.
Joe Rigney graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor's degree in political science. He lives in Fanwood, New Jersey with his wife Darlene and coaches his two boys, Jake & Kyle, in lacrosse.
