Janneke Srinath began working with Exec-Comm in 2015 as part of the global team. Her coaching specialties include presentation, leadership, meeting, and writing skills. Janneke helps others communicate simply and clearly in a way that works for them. The key thread in her career has been her passion for doing meaningful work, constantly seeking improvement and innovation, and helping others to become more effective. She is fluent in Dutch and English.
Past Experience
Janneke brings 18 years of consultancy experience in human development, with eight years in the Netherlands and 10 years in India. As a Consultant and Project Manager, she worked with clients in healthcare, aviation, logistics, business services, industrial companies, NGOs, and IT. Janneke has held management positions at several international organizations. She is currently Partner at VNA, where she heads operations and marketing.
