Heather Segal
Managing Director
Heather Segal joined the firm in 1994 and is now a Managing Director. She coaches executives and trains professionals on how to present, write, sell, negotiate and lead. She’s trained thousands of professionals at companies such as JPMorgan Chase, IBM, Bank of America, and Pearson Education, to name a few. Heather also leads the training of Exec-Comm’s instructors and manages the firm’s financial operations.
Before joining Exec-Comm, Heather spent several years as a marketing manager for Dun & Bradstreet and as a systems analyst for IBM.
Heather received an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and a business undergraduate degree from McGill University. Heather lives in Westchester County with her husband and three children. She competes regularly in marathons and triathlons and recently completed her second ironman. As a member of Team Will, Heather works with the Barth Syndrome Foundation to raise awareness and funding for this rare genetic disorder.
