His coaching expertise spans a wide variety of industries, where he has trained individuals from top firms in pharma, agrobusiness, automotive, retail, and technology. He specializes in presentation skills, business storytelling, consultative selling, negotiation, learning & facilitation skills, and leadership development. He coaches in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. His sessions are thorough, practical, challenging, and most importantly, fun.
Past Experience
Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Fabio managed the commercial area of Office Center at Makro. His experience as a buyer encouraged Fabio to tie anecdotes and real-life situations into his training sessions. He’s known for his storytelling, humor, and energy. His 30+ years of experience, half of it acquired in classroom, ensure his participants have a memorable learning experience.

When not coaching others to success, Fabio spends his time helping Compassion International, an organization dedicated to the long-term development of children living in poverty. He’s also an avid traveler, having explored the world from Canada to Argentina and many countries in Europe. He currently lives in Campinas, Brazil, with his wife and cat. He has two twin daughters.
