Ethan Cadoff, Esq., is part of Exec-Comm’s Law Firm Group and coaches clients across a broad spectrum of industries. He has experience with professionals in the legal and professional services fields, finance, banking, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. Ethan is passionate about helping clients discover practical solutions to their day-to-day communication challenges in a competitive business world. He specializes in presentation skills, writing, and relationship skill building. He believes that, with confidence and presence, anyone can learn to deliver more impactful messages, and gets tremendous satisfaction from seeing his clients achieve that goal.

Ethan was proud to see the benefits of teaching Exec-Comm’s ‘Communication Skills Boot Camp’ as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law School. After working as a litigation attorney specializing in aviation, construction, and common carrier liability defense, Ethan became a recruiter at a national legal recruiting firm. There, he designed and facilitated a variety of training programs. He also led simulated training for law schools, law firms, and pharmaceutical companies, focusing on team-building, sales, and legal client interview, deposition and trial skills.

Ethan holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a J.D. from Villanova University, where he was a member of the Law Review. He lives in Hoboken, NJ with his wife, Susan. In their spare time, Ethan and Susan attend film festivals and produce short narrative films through their production company, Saturday Afternoon Pictures LLC. As a Pittsburgh sports enthusiast, Ethan cheers for the Pirates and takes every chance he can get to visit baseball parks across the country.
