Amy Mapother

Amy Mapother is both a faculty instructor and instructional designer at Exec-Comm, where she designs and delivers training for clients across all industries in the United States and Europe.
She was previously Director of Training and Development for Exec-Comm, based in New York City. In this role, she oversaw instructor hiring and training; streamlined training and development processes; and designed customized programs for a broad range of clients.
Before joining Exec-Comm in 2005, Amy focused on client relations and employee development as an event manager in the corporate hospitality industry. She also enjoyed a successful decade-long career in entertainment. As an actress she performed in feature films, on network television, in New York and regional theaters, and in many national commercials. She was also the New York producer for the international Spiritual Psychology of Acting seminars.
Amy is located in Colorado where, in addition to her work for Exec|Comm, she attends the University of Denver for her Master’s in Organizational Development and Training. She graduated cum laude from the university of Notre Dame with a B.A. in English and concentration in Communications and Theater. She also graduated from the Circle in the Square Acting Conservatory in New York City.
