Yadira Sevilla

Training Coordinator

Yadira joined Exec-Comm as a Training Coordinator in May 2016. She manages communication skills training seminars for business professionals, focused on improving their presentation, leadership, writing, and meeting skills. Yadira works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a premier participant experience. Additionally, she plays a critical role on Exec-Comm’s Recruiting and Onboarding committee, where she’s able to follow her passions of finding quality candidates and ensuring a positive training experience.

Past Experience

Yadira brings with her a valuable skill set, including attention to detail, project management, and collaboration. Before joining Exec-Comm, she was a Corporate Paralegal. She worked closely with lawyers and administrative law judges, while managing a client base of over 200 clients. Before that, Yadira managed the rehabilitation department at a Nursing Home in Harlem. There, she supervised all social work, admissions, housekeeping, therapy, complaints, and emergency discharge proceedings.

Yadira is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She lives in Queens, NY with her husband, Justin, and three dogs: Melo, Lyla, and Roxy. She enjoys reading, fitness, animals, and wine tasting.
