
As of December 2021, Lisa Bennis has retired from Exec-Comm. Prior to retirement, she worked as a program designer, instructor, and executive coach. With over 30 years of business experience, Lisa’s premier coaching helped develop executive talent for her clients. Her strong facilitation skills and disarming style made Lisa particularly popular with the C-Suite, as she helped leaders hone their presence and communicate their thoughts with clarity and purpose.

Past Experience
Before joining Exec-Comm in 1993, Lisa worked at Coopers & Lybrand, recruiting and developing partners and staff in the consulting and tax practices. She also held management roles in non-profit, with positions at the National Association of Purchasing Management and the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Fun Facts
Currently, Lisa supports her church’s Women’s Cornerstone and Family Promise programs. She lives in Glen Rock, New Jersey with her husband, Fred. Together, they have raised three internationally adopted children and continue their journey to learn as much as possible about their children’s Chinese and Korean cultures.
