Past Experience
Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Lineth worked many years at both Hewlett-Packard and Procter and Gamble where she gained a wealth of global business and client management experience. She is one of only a few individuals certified by Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE) and Compassion Institute to teach the Compassion Cultivation Training – CCT© program. A program designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness. Lineth taught CCT within the healthcare field and various workplaces, universities, schools, and diverse community organizations both in the US and Costa Rica.

Fun Facts
Lineth was born and raised in Costa Rica and relocated to the United States in 2008 to continue working in global business. She speaks Spanish fluently and currently lives in Silicon Valley where she enjoys hiking with her husband and chihuahua Clementina.
