Leading with Executive Presence – A Sneak Peek into our New Program
With 20 years sales, marketing and training experience, Joe Rigney is an accomplished coach, presenter and public speaker. He specializes in leadership development and has coached executives in the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, India and Australia. His clients include leaders from UBS, IBM, John Deere, Johnson & Johnson, AmerisourceBergen, SwissRe and AXA Equitable. In his partner role, Joe oversees the firm’s marketing strategy.
Joe leads Exec-Comm CARES which oversees the firm’s pro bono work globally and in the United Sates. Since 2005, Exec-Comm has aligned with Columbia Teachers College and the Cahn Fellows program to develop the leadership skills of New York City’s most accomplished pubic school principals.
Before joining Exec-Comm in 2002, Joe worked in the telecommunications industry in sales, sales training and management positions.
Joe Rigney graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor's degree in political science. He lives in Fanwood, New Jersey with his wife Darlene and coaches his two boys, Jake & Kyle, in lacrosse.
Rachel Lamb helps clients across the globe tell their stories with confidence and passion. She specializes in communication skills training focused on executive presence, presentations, meetings, motivating and leading.
Rachel has designed and delivered training programs in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Her professional experience combines work in L&D, finance, non-profit, sales and business development.
In 1999, Rachel began her career in training and development at Goldman Sachs. After passing her Series 7 and 63, she continued working at Goldman as a financial analyst on the equity sales desk. She then spent five years in the development office at the Harlem Children’s Zone where she was the Director of Corporate Giving and Major Gifts. Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Rachel managed sales at the Hard Rock Cafe Times Square.
Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. She lives in Westfield, NJ with her husband and three children. Some fun facts: Rachel has run two New York City Marathons. She is an avid lover of puzzles and logic and recently fulfilled a lifelong goal of becoming a member of Mensa. In the past year, she has had four articles published in Training Magazine and was appointed by the NJ Supreme Court to serve on the District XII Ethics Committee.
