Exec-Comm's private coaching offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with a consultant to focus on individual needs. Executives learn to enhance their presence, increase personal confidence, improve their image & appearance and strengthen their overall effectiveness in communicating with others. The work is extremely intense and personal. Executives receive private feedback on each of the skills covered. All materials will be content specific to the executive's business environment. Prior to the counseling session we work with coaching candidates to assess needs and design customized sessions to fit individual needs.
