Solving problems in an organized, methodical way helps individuals and teams work more productively together. Communicating for Better Results prepares participants to identify and deal with problems in one-on-one situations, along with the behaviors that cause conflict. They will learn to work together in finding solutions that end up strengthening relationships.

Training Techniques

Participants will bring a real problem or conflict they are dealing with on the job. In a series of skill-building exercises and role plays, participants learn many techniques to help them in conflict-resolution meetings. After strategizing their approach, they will apply the interactive skills in digitally recorded, coached exercises.
