An accomplished speaker and facilitator, Paul’s clients include Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Unilever, KPMG and Liberty Mutual. In addition to coaching senior executives and groups of professionals, he creates many customized communication skills training solutions such as webinar series and blended learning. Paul helps participants deliver impactful messages to their audiences when they’re presenting, leading, meeting, selling, writing or responding.
Prior to joining Exec-Comm Paul managed large medical and office equipment leasing portfolios as well as conducted finance training workshops to all levels of two sales forces at Olympus America Inc. and Canon Financial Services Inc. Paul seamlessly integrates his corporate experience as training lessons in the classroom. On a personal note Paul has donated time and resources to organizations such as YAI National Institute for People with Disabilities and NY Cares.
Paul holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Business from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He lives in Floral Park, NY with his wife and three children. In his spare time Paul coaches little league baseball in his community.
