Lisa Taber

In her role as an Exec-Comm faculty instructor, Lisa Taber draws on her extensive background in theatre, television, and improvisation.
Prior to joining Exec-Comm in 2006, Lisa worked with the NITA Lawyer Training Program, helping attorneys develop and improve their deposition and presentation skills. She has also led workshops in improvisation as a way of learning to listen and problem-solve for clients from financial firms and pharmaceutical companies.
In a one-on-one coaching capacity, Lisa coached executives across the United States, helping them improve their management and interpersonal communication skills. She also worked with an event management company, planning and producing events ranging from corporate town hall meetings to awards ceremonies.
Lisa is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota with a double major in Theatre and Journalism.
