Lisa Bennis

Lisa serves as a program designer, instructor and executive coach at Exec-Comm, a communication skills consulting firm that helps people communicate with more impact. With over 30 years of business experience, Lisa’s coaching helps to develop talent at many premier clients.
Before joining Exec-Comm in 1993, Lisa worked at Coopers & Lybrand, recruiting and developing partners and staff in the consulting and tax practices. She also held management roles in non-profit, with positions at the National Association of Purchasing Management and the Young Presidents’ Organization.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Fordham University. Currently, Lisa serves on the board of Our Adopted Kids (OAK), a nonprofit support organization in New Jersey for families formed through international adoption. She lives in Glen Rock, New Jersey with her husband and their three children.
