Judy Thompson McKay

Judy Thompson McKay has been a coach and training associate at Exec-Comm for 23 years. Having taught at all levels from elementary school through college, she brings educational versatility to the Firm. Her focus on the college/ university level was adult education and adult learning.
At Exec-Comm Judy trained the faculty for ten years and helped develop new courses including, “From Book Bag to Briefcase,” and “Dynamic Client Meetings for Lawyers.” She has taught virtually all Exec-Comm seminars to a diverse clientele ranging from The Federal Reserve Bank to Avon.
Judy’s work at Exec-Comm was enhanced by her role as an elected public official. She served on the Teaneck Board of Education for 12 years, six as vice president and two as president. Her duties on the board included overseeing an $80,000,000 budget and serving as chairperson of the Community Relations Committee.
Her volunteer work includes being on the staff of the Women’s Cornerstone Retreat at her church and giving a presentation she has developed, “Styles and Spirituality.” She plans and conducts “ Ladies’ Night Out,” in her parish. Her current project is refurbishing a library and shipping 22,000 books to St. Mary’s School and Child Rescue Mission in Nyeri, Kenya.
Judy has a B.A from Siena Heights College and a M.A in Education from Manhattan College.
