Dianne Nersesian-McGuire

Dianne Nersesian-McGuire is an Exec-Comm faculty instructor, specializing in helping professionals enhance their global communication skills. Her experience spans Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations, and academic institutions. She joined Exec-Comm in 2003.
In addition to her role at Exec-Comm, Dianne has her own company. Transcultural Communications is an alliance partner with Exec-Comm, specializing in cross-cultural training and business English as a second language.
Dianne holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.A. in Intercultural Relations from the University of the Pacific. She volunteers her time with the Million Mom March, an organization devoted to reducing gun violence in the United States. She has also volunteered at the International Center, helping new immigrants with their English language skills. Dianne lives in New Jersey with her husband and young son.
