Beth Bailey

An accomplished presenter and facilitator, Beth leads workshops and coaches a wide range of professionals to improve their presentation, leadership and client development skills. Beth partners with her clients to create customized training programs to best develop the talent within their organization.
Beth brings over 15 years of experience in the communication and entertainment fields to Exec-Comm. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, she served as faculty at a nationally recognized non-profit community outreach organization, where she coached Chicago teachers and students in performance and life skills.
Beth enjoys a successful career as a professional actor, appearing regularly in feature films, network television shows, as well as in leading professional theaters across the United States. She brings this experience into the classroom in order to help professionals understand how their behaviors are interpreted by others and how to best leverage their own, unique communication style.
Beth is a member of both the Screen Actor’s Guild and Actor’s Equity Association. She holds a B.F.A. in Theater and Speech from the University of Texas at Austin. She lives on an apple orchard in central New Mexico with her husband, son and daughter.
