Karen Diaz - Partner

Karen Diaz joined Exec|Comm first as a support associate for eight years and now as a partner. She currently manages the team of coordinators and works closely with the HR partner, investigating and incorporating all benefits and policies for Exec|Comm. Mrs. Diaz leads monthly administrative meetings, works collaboratively with the support staff and handles support associates concerns. She also hires coordinators and camera operators to support Exec|Comm's many seminars. Lastly Mrs. Diaz manages Exec|Comm's training calendar for over 35 instructors.

Before she joined Exec|Comm, Mrs. Diaz enjoyed a career in the criminal-justice system. As a court liaison for an alternative-to-incarceration program in the Bronx and Manhattan supreme courts, she conducted in-depth interviews with defendants and worked closely with judges, attorneys, and counselors to create client specific plans for recovery. Mrs. Diaz also conducted in-house seminars to help clients understand their legal duties and legal rights and the advantages to completing the program.

Karen Diaz received a B.S. in criminal justice from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
